4. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

Carrier Partners: We partner with premier international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to ensure reliable delivery to your destination across Europe.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery typically requires between 6 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

5. Risk of Loss, Damage, and Transfer of Ownership

Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to goods supplied remains with camppacktote and is only transferred to the consumer when the consumer (or a third party nominated by the consumer other than the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods.

Carrier Handover: Risk does not transfer upon handover of the goods to the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Any loss or damage occurring during transit prior to physical delivery to the consumer remains our legal responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Statutory Withdrawal Right: As our customers are located in Europe, you possess the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercising Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent via email to camping@camppacktote.com.

Return of Goods: If you exercise your withdrawal right, you shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Goods

Inspection Upon Receipt: We advise you to inspect your items upon delivery.

Claims for Defects or Damage: If an item arrives damaged, flawed, or non-conforming, you may contact our customer support team via email at camping@camppacktote.com within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.

Evidence and Resolution: To expedite resolution, customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage via email. Upon review and verification of the photographic evidence, customers are not required to physically return damaged or flawed items. We will proceed directly with a full refund or a replacement dispatch based on the verified circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law of Bulgaria and European legislation, camppacktote’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or governmental actions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union consumer protection directives. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under European law which may allow you to bring proceedings in your local European jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
